Servicing, repair and test

The quality of our service must be equivalent to the solutions we propose. We pay great attention to the training of our personnel so that you can maximise the efficiency of our solutions. You can count on our availability and responsiveness.
From the simple servicing to the most challenging operation, our technicians and engineers, trained by Geomax specifically on each model, are able to assume the entirety of the operation on all the equipment of the Geomax range optical and GPS: servicing, calibration and calibration, repair, and test for proper operation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :

Only technical services authorized by Geomax (following an annual audit by a Geomax engineer) are authorized to carry out an inspection on a Geomax instrument and to issue a certificate of conformity to the manufacturer's specifications. 
  • GNSS receiver checking on a known point : precision/accuracy, sensitivity, SW and FW checking, general condition.
  • After-sales service for solutions proposed by i3map. Repair of GNSS receivers, total stations and other equipment by our qualified technicians and approved by the manufacturers. Original parts.

  • Service for pick up and return of devices, as part of a total station revision, GNSS receiver checking, servicing... Need to be checked with our After Sale Service Dpt at support@i3map.fr before any order.
